A second Kowloon concept is coming to a New Hampshire casino this summer

Kowloon, the iconic, decades-old Chinese restaurant in Saugus, has a collaboration in the works that will bring some of its most popular dishes to a New Hampshire casino. 

The Brook in Seabrook, New Hampshire, announced on Monday that an Asian dining concept is coming to its casino-entertainment venue this summer with the help of the Wong family. Andre Carrier, The Brook’s CEO, promised the menu would feature some Kowloon favorites — think “the top 15 to 20” of Kowloon’s most ordered items, like lobster sauce dishes, he said — but he made clear this wouldn’t be a second Kowloon.
