All shows are 18+. Please bring ID for entry.

No large bags, backpacks, or purses are permitted. Clear bags no larger than 12"x6"x12" or small clutches approx. 4.5"x6.5" are allowed. All bags are subject to search upon entry. 

No outside chairs, blankets, or seating of any kind are permitted in The Secret Garden. Seating options are provided by the venue for a nominal fee and on a first-come, first-served basis. 

Seating in Seasons Showroom is either assigned or general admission, depending on the show. 

No outside food or drink is permitted. A variety of food and beverage options will be available for purchase. 

The Secret Garden is an outdoor venue and events are held rain or shine. In the event of severe weather, delays or cancellations will be communicated via official venue channels. 

The Brook is committed to providing an accessible experience for all guests. Please contact us (events@eurekanh.com) in advance for ADA accommodations or assistance.

All guests are subject to security screening upon entry. 

The Brook reserves the right to deny entry or remove any guest who does not comply with venue policies or staff instructions. 

All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges unless the event is canceled.
