Samantha C. Smith Foundation
The Samantha C. Smith Foundation was founded in September of 2004 after the passing of Samantha in a boating accident. The family and board members decided in lieu of flowers that donations collected would go to Educational and Youth Hockey Scholarships in Samantha’s name. We have been very fortunate to have awarded over $250,000 over the last fifteen years to deserving students and hockey players.
